Welcome to TicketTT. At our place, we pride ourselves for providing the most comfortable plan to promote, sell, and purchase tickets to various events throughout the world. You can easily find any event you want to attend, share them with your friends, and attend them with comfort. To ensure the best use of our service, we created the following Terms and Conditions, which govern all use of TicketTT services.

  1. Acceptance of Our Terms
    1. Overview

The following TicketTT (“we,” “us,” “our,” “ours”) Terms and Conditions (our “T&C”) govern all uses you perform as our User (“you,” “your,” “yours”) and Non-Organizer visitor or user (collectively, “User”) of:

  1. our TicketTT website and domains (including any subdomain, webpage, and its subpart, we contain in our “website”)
  2. any and all services we provide through our website and/or otherwise in connection with particular event(s) we listed on the website
  3. All mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”) we own and operate. Our services are subject to user’s acceptance without any modification of our T&C and all other procedures, policies, and operating rules, we may publish at our website from time to time.

BY USING AND/OR ACCESSING ANY PART OF TICKETTT SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL OTHER PROCEDURES, POLICIES, AND OPERATING RULES WE MAY PUBLISH ON OUR WEBSITE FROM TIME TO TIME.  YOU ALSO HEREBY AGREE NOT TO USE AND/OR ACCESS ANY OF OUR SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING OTHER PROCEDURES, RULES, AND POLICIES WE MAY POST ON OUR WEBSITE FROM TIME TO TIME.

  1. Modification

We reserve the right to replace and/or modify any of this T&C at any time. We recommend you to checking this section often.  Your continued use of our Services following the change(s) to our T&C constitute your acceptance of any of the change(s). If you choose not to accept any or all of the changes, we require you to cease your access and/use of our services.

  1. The Services

We hereby grant you a non-sub licensable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to access and use our Services in connection to event(s) currently available at our website (i) in compliance with our T&C and (ii) by extended means, under all applicable regulations and laws in Trinidad and Tobago.

Therefore, we require you not to

  1. reproduce, modify, or otherwise create any derivative of any part of our Services and/or website content (“content”)
  2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to reveal our source code, sequence, structure, and/or organization of any or all part of our Services and/or interfere our Services and/or perform any fraudulent activity, unless the law allows it.
  3. Distribute, resell, lease, and/or rent our Services for your own purpose

 

  1. Software

Your use of our mobile TicketTT application is subject to this T&C. Regarding the use of the software, we hereby grant you a personal, non-sub licensable, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the application to access and/or use our Services.

Our software is subject to Trinidad and Tobago export controls and laws. You are responsible for downloading and/or using the Software in compliance with Trinidad and Tobago laws.

 

  1. PAYMENT

2.1    Payment method

We accept several payment methods to accommodate your ticket payment. Currently, we accept payments made through Visa, and MasterCard credit card. As our site grows, we will include other payments options such as PayPal, bitcoin, etc. Please be advised you are subject to payment method you choose to pay for your tickets besides this Purchase Policy and other legal contents we have.

2.2    Refund

When you feel you need a ticket refund, please proceed it with your event organizer. TicketTT does not hold the right to refund your ticket. All communications and activities regarding your ticket refund are your Event Organizer’s and your responsibility. We are not liable for anything that happens before, during, and after the refund. TicketTT will only handle refunds for eTickets purchased in the resale section  . This does not include physical tickets or printed eTickets.

 

  1. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

We require you to become our registered user before using our Services, by:

  1. Providing accurate, true, complete, and actual information about yourself to us through our registration form (“Registration Data”)
  2. Updating your information regularly.

If in any case we found your information is not legit, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use(s) of our services immediately. As we also concern about children’s safety and privacy, you need to be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

  1. ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

During the registration process, we will prompt you to create an account and password. Please maintain their confidentiality as your only access to use our Services. You are responsible for anything that happens in connection with your account. For the best and safe use of our services, you hereby agree to:

  1. Notify us as soon as you found any unauthorized access and/or use of your account
  2. Log out from your account at each session to prevent any unauthorized access and/or use

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or liabilities in accordance with your failure to comply with this T&C. You also hereby agree to put TicketTT as the sole arbiter in the event of dispute between parties who use our services. Our decision will be final and binding on all responsible parties.

  1. CONTENT
    1. Website Content

You hereby agree all information, including, but not limited to data, design elements, software, images, graphics, and other contents (collectively, “Content”) we contain or deliver through our services is under protection of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, service marks, or other proprietary laws and rights, as well as intellectual properties. We reserve the right to provide the content with cooperation with third parties. Unless we expressly authorize you to use our Content, we prohibit you from selling, licensing, renting, modifying, distributing, copying, reproducing, transmitting, displaying in public, performing, publishing, adapting, editing, or creating any derivative work of our Content, including, but not limited to posting them at any place for any purpose. 

  1. Your Content

You hereby acknowledge and agree that if you provide content to our website (“Your Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sub licensable, transferable license and right to adapt, reproduce, distribute, use, publish, translate, create derivative works we base on your content in part or in whole, in any media for any purpose we decide.

  1. CONDUCT
    1. Certain Restrictions

As user, you hereby recognize and agree to our certain restrictions regarding your access and/use of our services. We prohibit every user from doing the following things:

  1. Transmit, email, post, upload or otherwise provide unlawful, threatening, harassing, harmful, tortuous, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, libelous, obscene, hateful, invasive of another person’s privacy, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
  2. Use our contents to harm minor(s)
  3. Facilitate specific activity and/or event, other than TicketTT activities and/or events, featuring the award of prize.
  4. Impersonate any individual or giving false information about your affiliation with the person
  5. Give false information about yourselves in order to use our Services or provide content at our Website
  6. Transmit, email, post, upload, and/or provide information and/or content, which ownership does not belong to you, including, but not limited to inside information, confidential information, proprietary information, and nondisclosure agreements.
  7. Transmit, email, post, upload, or provide information that infringes a person’s or entity’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, including, but not limited to patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright.
  8. Transmit, email, post, upload, or provide any information in connection with provision or sale of either goods, services, or both of them other than the provision and/or sale of tickets at our website
  9. Transmit, email, post, upload, or provide any information that contains harmful computer program(s), file(s), or code(s) with sole purpose to limit, destroy, or interrupt the functionality of our computer hardware, software, and/or telecommunications equipment regarding our services.
  10. Disrupt or interfere with our networks, servers, and/or services
  11. Violate any applicable Trinidad and Tobago regulation and/or law regarding our services.
  12. Harass or otherwise stalk any entity or person
    1. Certain Remedial Rights

When accessing and/or using our services, you hereby acknowledge that TicketTT never pre-screen any content available at our website, either by us or third parties in connection with our services. However, our designees and we do reserve the right, not the obligation to our sole discretion to do the following things:

  1. Remove, edit, alter, or monitor any content
  2. Suspend and/or terminate your access to our services, without prior notification
  3. Preserve and disclose your content, without limitation, when required by the law or whenever necessary without giving you the reason

You hereby recognize and acknowledge that we involve technical transmission and processing to run and manage our services and your content, including, but not limited to transmission over different networks and/or modifications to adapt and conform to these activities.

  1. INDEMNITY

You hereby agree to provide help to TicketTT and its affiliates, including, but not limited to its co-branders, officers, agents, partners, directors, and employees from any and all liability, damage, lost, expense, and cost, resulting from claim proceeding, suit, demand, or third party’s investigation (“Claim”). This claim is in accordance with your content, events available at our Website, your access and/or use of our Services, and/or other violations, regarding the rights of other users and this T&C.

Whenever necessary, we may provide you a notice informing such claim. Any failure or delay we perform in providing this notice will not limit your obligations.

  1. SERVICE SUSPENSIONS/MODIFICATIONS

TicketTT reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend our Services permanent or temporarily from time to time without prior notice. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any impact of the modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our Services

  1. TERMINATION

At our own discretion, TicketTT reserve the right to terminate your account, passwords, and/or use to our Services. We may also remove your content, in part or in whole, from our services without prior notification of the reason. We may provide you with the reason, but it is not our obligation.

TicketTT shall hold no liability to any third party or you for the termination of your use and/or access to our services.

  1. LINKS

TicketTT and/or our third parties may provide links from and to other websites and/or resources. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we do not control content on these external resources and/or websites. We hold no liability for any loss and/or damage that may result from your access and/or use of any service, product, advertising, or material affiliated with these websites and/or resources.

 

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We provide our services on “as available” and “as is” bases. TicketTT hereby disclaims all warranties, without limitation, including, but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement for a specific purpose. However, you hereby acknowledge that TicketTT provides no warranty that:

  1. You will be 100% satisfied with our services
  2. Our services will be never 100% interrupted, error-free, secure, or timely
  3. Any result our users obtain from using our service is completely accurate and/or reliable

TicketTT holds no responsibility and liability for any inaction, action, service, product, content of any TicketTT user, non-organizer, third party, buyer, and/or organizer before, during, and/or after a particular event. Respectfully, you hereby acknowledge and agree that TicketTT has no control over the quality, legality, safety, and/or any information about any event available at our website, including any information affiliated with the event and/or warranty over these events.

The foregoing disclaimer of warranties are in accordance with Trinidad and Tobago applicable law. Whenever the law requires it, you may report any misconduct of non-organizers, buyers, organizers, third parties, and users in connection with our services and us. In our own discretion. When we feel it necessary, we may bring an investigation of our own and take another necessary action.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TicketTT shall not hold any liability under any circumstance and/or under any legal theory, whether in contract, tort, and/or otherwise in accordance to our services and/or any other subject matter of this T&C for:

  1. Any consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, and/or incidental damage, including, but not limited to damages for goodwill, loss of profits, data, use, and/or other intangible losses
  2. The cost of any procurement of service substitution
  3. Any amount larger than US$100,00 for all claims in accordance with our services, or
  4. Any matter beyond our control, TicketTT shall not responsible to any content at our website; including content, we deliver through our services. In addition, we have no affiliation with any agency and/or employment relationship with any service provider.

TicketTT also holds no responsibility and liability from any omission or act of any service third parties provide to you. These limitations are in accordance with applicable law; therefore, it might change whenever the law requires it.

  1. GENERAL
    1. Choice of Law

Applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago govern TicketTT T&C, its Services, agreements, and its activities.

  1. Arbitration

Any claim or legal controversy arising out of or in accordance with our Services and/or this T&C. Only a binding arbitration shall settle this controversy or claim, following the commercial arbitration rules that apply in Trinidad and Tobago. Any legal claim and/or controversy shall become subject of individual-basis arbitration. We shall not involve any claim or controversy with any third party’s claim or controversy. As the law may require us to do, any arbitration shall take place at Trinidad and Tobago. In accordance with the arbitration provision, TicketTT and you hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of arbitration courts located in Trinidad and Tobago.

  1. Waiver; Invalid Provisions

Any delay or failure TicketTT perform shall not constitute a provision or waiver of such right. Under any circumstance, no modification, amendment, and/or oral waiver shall apply. If an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction found the invalidity of this T&C, all the parties agree that the court or arbitrator should assist to bring changes to the provision to reflect all parties’ intentions. Respectively, other provisions of this T&C shall still in effect.

  1. Time to File Claim

Regardless any law or statute to the contrary, you hereby agree to file your cause or claim regarding our Services and/or this T&C within 30 (thirty) days after such cause or claim arose. After this period, your cause or claim will expire.

  1. Violations

WE MAY MODIFY THIS T&C ON EVENT-BY-EVENT BASIS THROUGH A WRITTEN AGREEMENT ON TICKETING SERVICES OR ADDENDUM AGREEMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS T&C.

You hereby agree that your use is (i) in compliance with this T&C and (ii) subject to all applicable laws in Trinidad and Tobago.

Therefore, we require you not to permit anyone to do these things:

  1. reproduce, modify, or otherwise create any derivative of any part of our Services and/or website content (“content”)
  2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to reveal our source code, sequence, structure, and/or organization of any or all part of our Services and/or interfere our Services and/or perform any fraudulent activity, unless the law allows it.
  3. Distribute, resell, lease, and/or rent our Services for your own purpose, timesharing, and/or service bureau, except for specific purposes such as collecting Event Registration Fees by using our Services in accordance with this T&C.
  4. Alter or remove any proprietary label or notice of our Services or Website content
  5. Interfere our Services or disrupt it with any activity

 

  1. SOFTWARE

Your use of our mobile TicketTT application is subject to this T&C. Regarding the use of the software, we hereby grant you a personal, non-sub licensable, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the application to access and/or use our Services.

Our software is subject to Trinidad and Tobago export controls and laws. You are responsible for downloading and/or using the Software in compliance with Trinidad and Tobago laws.

 

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

2.1    Payment method

We support several payment methods to help you collect your Event Registration or Ticket Fees. Currently, you can collect your Ticket fees made through Visa, and MasterCard credit card. As our site grows, we will include other payments options such as PayPal, bitcoin, etc. Organizer and TicketTT is not liable for any charge that might occur during the transaction. The user will hold responsibility for any charge that might occur during the transaction upon the user’s credit card or PayPal account.

2.2    Refund

Organizer is responsible for any refund request user submits. TicketTT is not responsible for any activity, claim, and/or cause that may happen before, during, and after the refund. However, Organizer and User hereby agrees to seek TicketTT assistance if any claim or cause happens before, during, and after the refund.

 

2.3    Confirmation

Once a User purchased your ticket, his/her bank will generate a unique credit card authorization. Upon receiving this authorization code, TicketTT will generate a unique confirmation message and deliver it by email to the User. You hereby agree to unconditionally fulfill, honor, and accept all ticketing confirmation and commitments TicketTT have confirmed through our Services. On top of that, every Organizer is responsible to verify the User’s membership status, his/her confirmation code, and/or any restriction in accordance to the event.

 

2.4    Taxes; Withholding

(a)   You hereby agree to hold the responsibility for determining, if any, value added, amusement, use, sales, excise, consumption, and other levies, duties, charges, and taxes (collectively, “Taxes) apply to your event and your use of our Services. You also hereby agree to be responsible for collecting, remitting, and reporting the correct amount of these Taxes, in part or in whole to applicable governmental authorities.

(b)   TicketTT does not provide you with any tax calculator or tool that may help you to calculate all the Taxes, based on every event you hold.

(c)    You hereby release TicketTT from all liability regarding your use of tax calculators and/or tools. We do not provide legal and/or tax advice. Therefore, please carefully check about any applicable Taxes regarding your event with your tax advisor.

(d)   In any case, when a governmental authority requires TicketTT to pay any Taxes regarding your use of our services, you hereby agree to reimburse us with such Taxes.

(e)   All ticket fees we charge does not include any Taxes. 

(f)     TicketTT reserves the right to withhold any payment owed to you whenever the law and/or governmental authorities require us to do so.

  You also hereby acknowledge that your Content in part or in whole does not misappropriate, violate, infringe, and/or otherwise conflict with any third party’s rights and complies with this T&C, including any applicable regulation and law.

  On top of that, your content must be truthful and accurate. TicketTT reserves the right to publishing your content or remove it from our website if we believe, in our discretion, it does not comply with this T&C. In addition, you hereby agree that TicketTT may use your Organizer’s logo and name you have provided us during the Registration, to identify you, as TicketTT is past or existing customer. Moreover, by providing us with specific Credit Card and/or PayPal payment scheme, you hereby authorize the card owner and/or its affiliates to use your website URL, address, and name in any media.

  8. Transmit, email, post, upload, or provide any information in connection with provision or sale of either goods, services, or both of them other than the provision and/or sale of tickets at our website
  9. Transmit, email, post, upload, or provide any information that contains harmful computer program(s), file(s), or code(s) with sole purpose to limit, destroy, or interrupt the functionality of our computer hardware, software, and/or telecommunications equipment regarding our services.

  11. Violate any applicable Trinidad and Tobago regulation and/or law regarding the ticket sale and resale.

We also may use your content to respond to claim(s) that your content, in part or in whole, may infringe copyright of third parties and protect the personal safety, property, and/or rights of TicketTT, people affiliated with our service, and the public.

You hereby recognize and acknowledge that we involve technical transmission and processing to run and manage our services and your content, including, but not limited to transmission over different networks and/or modifications to adapt and conform to these activities.

  1. SUB DOMAINS

When available, TicketTT may provide you with sub-domain within TicketTT website. All these sub-domains are the property of TicketTT, which you can use for your ticket sale and resale. In the case we provide you with a sub-domain, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of our sub-domain for any reason or no reason, without prior notification.

 

  1. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Upon special request, TicketTT may provide you with additional services beyond the Site functionality as this T&C expresses. TicketTT reserves the right to decide whether to charge this service or make it available for every Organizer free, as well as the type of the additional services. We may offer you leasing ticket scanning, assistance to manage your event, business consultation, and other services we believe you need. However, you agree that this is not our obligation to provide these services. In the case we provide you with these additional services, these additional services become part of our Services and, therefore, subject to our Terms and Conditions. We shall set such additional services in a written Addendum Agreement, TicketTT Equipment Lease Agreement, or other written agreement we later add to this T&C. All agreements will be set between you and an authorized officer of TicketTT.

 

  1. INDEMNITY

You hereby agree to provide help to TicketTT and its affiliates, including, but not limited to its co-branders, officers, agents, partners, directors, and employees from any and all liability, damage, lost, expense, and cost, resulting from claim proceeding, suit, demand, or third party’s investigation (“Claim”). These claims come as a result regarding your Content, directors, affiliates officers, use of, employees, agents, connection with, or contribution to our Services, and/or other violations of any person’s or entity’s rights, including this T&C.

Whenever necessary, we may provide you a notice informing such claim. Any failure or delay we perform in providing this notice will not limit your obligations.

  1. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS/SUSPENSIONS

TicketTT reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend our Services permanent or temporarily from time to time without prior notice. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any impact of the modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our Services. The only exception applies for Service Fees (including, if any, the portion of Service Fees TicketTT paid over to other third-party service providers we use to help us provide our Services) in accordance with refunds we issue to Users who purchased your ticket.

  1. TERMINATION

At our own discretion, TicketTT reserve the right to terminate your account, passwords, and/or use to our Services. We may also remove your content, in part or in whole, from our services for any reason or no reason without prior notification, including, but not limited to lack of use, violation over our T&C, and/or failure to timely pay Service fees. We may provide you with the reason, but it is not our obligation.

You hereby agree that once we terminated your account, we may also immediately delete all files in your account, including all files related to your account and use of our services.

TicketTT shall hold no liability to any third party or you for the termination of your use and/or access to our services.

  1. LINKS

TicketTT and/or our third parties may provide links from and to other websites and/or resources. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we do not control content on these external resources and/or websites. We hold no liability for any loss and/or damage that may result from your access and/or use of any service, product, advertising, or material affiliated with these websites and/or resources.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We provide our services on “as available” and “as is” bases. TicketTT hereby disclaims all warranties, without limitation, including, but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement for a specific purpose. However, you hereby acknowledge that TicketTT provides no warranty that:

  1. You will be 100% satisfied with our services
  2. Our services will be never 100% interrupted, error-free, secure, or timely
  3. Any result our users obtain from using our service is completely accurate and/or reliable

TicketTT holds no responsibility and liability for any inaction, action, service, product, content of any TicketTT user, non-organizer, third party, buyer, and/or organizer before, during, and/or after a particular event. Respectfully, you hereby acknowledge and agree that TicketTT has no control over the quality, legality, safety, and/or any information about any event available at our website, including, but not limited to any information affiliated with the event and/or warranty over these events, the accuracy of user’s information, listings, and/or user’s ability to perform.

The foregoing disclaimer of warranties are in accordance with Trinidad and Tobago applicable law. Whenever the law requires it, you may report any misconduct of non-organizers, buyers, organizers, third parties, and users in connection with our services and us. In our own discretion and whenever necessary, we may bring an investigation of our own and take another necessary action.

In addition, TicketTT does not have affiliation with any employment relationship and agency with any service providers except from TicketTT itself, regarding the provision of our Services.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that TicketTT is not liable for any omission and/or act of any third-party service provider.

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TicketTT, its accepted credit card issues, licensors, and/or payment processing partners shall not hold any liability under any circumstance and/or under any legal theory, whether in contract, tort, and/or otherwise in accordance to our services and/or any other subject matter of this T&C for:

  1. Any consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, and/or incidental damage, including, but not limited to damages for goodwill, loss of profits, data, use, and/or other intangible losses
  2. The cost of any procurement of service substitution
  3. Any amount larger than US$100,00 for all claims in accordance with our services, or
  4. Any matter beyond our control, TicketTT, its accepted credit card issuers, licensors, and payment processing partners shall not responsible to any content at our website; including content, we deliver through our services. In addition, we have no affiliation with any agency and/or employment relationship with any service provider.

TicketTT also holds no responsibility and liability from any omission or act of any service third parties provide to you. These limitations are in accordance with applicable law; therefore, it might change whenever the law requires it.

  1. GENERAL
    1. Choice of Law

Applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago govern TicketTT T&C, its Services, agreements, and its activities.

  1. Arbitration

Any claim or legal controversy arising out of or in accordance with our Services and/or this T&C shall become subject to solve in a binding arbitration, following the commercial arbitration rules that apply in Trinidad and Tobago. Any legal claim and/or controversy shall become a subject in individual-basis arbitration. We shall not involve any claim or controversy with any third party’s claim or controversy. As the law requires it, any arbitration shall take place in Trinidad and Tobago. In accordance with the arbitration provision, TicketTT and you hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of arbitration courts located in Trinidad and Tobago.

  1. Waiver; Invalid Provisions

Any delay or failure TicketTT perform shall not constitute a provision or waiver of such right. Under any circumstance, no modification, amendment, and/or oral waiver shall apply. If an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction found the invalidity of this T&C, all the parties agree that the court or arbitrator should assist to bring changes to the provision to reflect all parties’ intentions. Respectively, other provisions of this T&C shall still in effect.

  1. Time to File Claim

Regardless any law or statute to the contrary, you hereby agree to file your cause or claim regarding our Services and/or this T&C within 30 (thirty) days after such cause or claim arose. After this period, your cause or claim will expire.
